Update: Welcome Integrity in Service readers!! Thank you for coming by and if you have time, look around the site, you may find a thing or two you like. Again, thank you.
Update 2: There really is something wrong with this picture. We have some so-called “conservatives” complaing about someone opting out of a “public funding” program. I feel like I’m in a Twilight Zone episode. The Republican Party, and the So-Called Conservative Movement is dead.
It’s being reported that Sen. B.O isn’t going to steal more of my extorted (taxes) money for his Presidential campaign. But the “maverick” Sen. Juan McAmnesty who is going to use “public financing” , is saying Sen. B.O. didn’t keep his promise to use my extorted (taxes) money.
McCain Camp Hits Obama on Public Financing Decision

“The true test of a candidate for President is whether he will stand on principle and keep his word to the American people. Barack Obama has failed that test today, and his reversal of his promise to participate in the public finance system undermines his call for a new type of politics.”
“Barack Obama is now the first presidential candidate since Watergate to run a campaign entirely on private funds. This decision will have far-reaching and extraordinary consequences that will weaken and undermine the public financing system.”
Weaken and undermine the public financing system? Good!! We should get rid of it. There is no use for it in todays billion dollar campagin for public office. So Sen. Juan McAmnesty, who really is the “typical politician” here?
What. A. Joke.
public campaign financing isn’t extortion; the funds come from people checking the optional little box on tax forms for campaign funding
